A Message to Our Patients Regarding COVID-19
Our practice will continue to remain open to provide urgent and emergency services to our patients and referrals during business hours Monday to Friday 10-4. We believe that providing such services will reduce the burden on already overwhelmed emergency rooms and urgent care centers and reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19 to our patients.
Our patient's care is our utmost concern and we will continue to monitor CDC and local Public Health sites recommendations closely.
We always follow universal precautions in all areas of our practice, and we are taking additional infection control measures to ensure the safety of our teams and patients as we navigate this national health crisis.
Additional measures we are taking include the following:
- Monitoring all team members and patient's temperature when they come to the practice.
- We ask all patients to disinfect their hands with alcohol- based disinfectant solution.
- Wiping down all surfaces that receive patient contact continually throughout the day.
- Restricting traffic in our offices by no waiting in the waiting room, we ask patient's escorts to remain in the car until called in to be seated in a freshly disinfected room.
- We are offering, as well, FaceTime or Skype virtual office visits or consultations
We ask that you notify our practice, if you, a family member or your escort to your appointment have traveled recently or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or if you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed below, we must reschedule your appointment for a future date:
Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath and Fatigue
Thank you for your consideration and for helping us do our part to avoid the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
